Picture this: after witnessing a beautiful Colorado sunrise, painting the skies bright orange and red, you begin to soak up all of the morning sun rays, stretching out your body and eating a healthy breakfast to prepare for a rewarding day full of fun, community interaction, and most importantly, a celebration of fitness! To us, that sounds like a pretty ideal early summer Saturday — after all, who doesn’t want to be a part of something that’s brand new?
There are two things that we’re certain about when you and your friends join us at the very first annual Fort Collins Fitness Festival: you’re going to have the time of your life, and you’re definitely going to feel the burn in your muscles the next day!

With so many fun activities, butt-burning workout classes and amazing local vendors to check out, we’d be surprised if you and your friends manage to see and experience everything that we have to offer at the Fort Collins Fitness Festival. Of course, we’re also not going to stop you from trying! While we have a very carefully curated schedule set up just for festival patrons like you, the beauty of our local fitness celebration is that you can join in to just about anything at just about anytime. There’s no pressure to do a certain something — you do what you want to do, and we’ll make sure that your time is well spent by providing the best workouts and vendors in the area!

The first annual Fort Collins Fitness Festival is split into three main parts:

Incredible Workouts At The iHeartStage
With our Live DJ playing uplifting, heart pumping music every single hour, there’s never a dull moment at the main stage. This is where you can find the workout action and get sweating with other members of the fitness community (as well as new friends that you’ve made along the way!), while also learning about your own technique and form in a class-style environment. School might be boring, but fitness classes outside at CSU’s beautiful Sonny Lubick Stadium sound like a recipe for success to us!
PodFlow2 With Yoga Pod At 7:30 am
Start your incredible morning on the right note with Yoga Pod’s PodFlow2 session. Bringing in creative elements that will challenge your mind and body, you leave our first class feeling inspired and awakened — and probably a little sweaty, too!
Total Body HIIT Burn With Orangetheory Fitness At 8:30 am
Kick things up a notch and start feeling the burn by getting in on the action with Orangetheory Fitness. A true high-intensity workout, this block of the day is designed to be fast-paced using bursts of energy during the session. You might want to take a break and cool off after this one! Fortunately, there are tons of healthy snacks and drinks around the event to help keep the party going.
Fighting Shape With Beautifully Savage At 9:30am
Whip yourself into fighting shape like never before with Beautifully Savage! These boxing gym specialists encourage you to pull out the gloves and throw up your fists using their three-core boxing methodology of integrity, physicality, and understanding. If you have any pent-up aggressions, Beautifully Savage is the healthy outlet for you!
Lift, Tone And Burn With Pure Barre At 10:30 am
Using Pure Barre’s intelligent approach to exercise, you’ll use a ballet barre to perform small yet crucial isometric movements that tone your thighs, arms and abs while lifting your rear and burning fat faster than you would believe. Come check out the fun!
iHeartStage Video Contest Winner At 11:30 am
For those that participated in our video contest (you can find more ideas and inspiration in our blog post), now is your time to shine! Our creative video contest winner will experience the honor and thrill of teaching their very own group fitness performance to members of the community! With the spotlight set on you as the main star of our iHeartMedia stage, this will be a fun event that you won’t want to miss!
Zumba With The Fort Collins Club At 12:30 pm
One of Northern Colorado’s most well-known gyms takes the spotlight by leading a high-energy, fun-packed Zumba session. Dance along with leaders from the Fort Collins Club as fellow festival participants celebrate fitness and the all of the wonderful benefits that come along with it!
St. Jude Fundraiser and Fitness Challenge At 1:30 pm
Running fast and helping raise funds for the kids of St. Jude? Sign us up! To close out the festivities on the main iHeartMedia stage and running for a truly great cause, your participation in the 2018 Fort Collins Fitness Festival as a St. Jude Hero ensures that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food associated with their situation. If running isn’t your forte, this is still an incredible event to witness for a great cause!
Of course, doing every single one of our group exercise classes in a row is probably a bit too much activity. That’s why we have many incredible vendors offering the latest fitness technology, services, and other exciting cutting-edge products for festival participants like you to demo. And free samples? Everyone loves a good free sample, right?

Workouts Offered All Day Long At The HopScotch Fitness Vendor Area!
Come play, explore, ask questions, and get a butt-kicking workout with our fantastic fitness vendors at The Fort Collins Fitness Festival! These local companies might not be leading our main iHeartMedia stage on the football field, but they do provide the perfect opportunity to personally meet with people just like you to assess your fitness background, needs, goals, and how they can help you on your quest to complete health and wellness.
Our HopScotch Fitness Vendors are offering first come, first serve (and select sign-up options) 20 to 30-minute workouts for fitness festival patrons to “get a feel” for what each local gym and fitness studio offers. Feel free to swing by, ask questions, get to know the owners and employees of each business, and even get sweating with them as they guide you through a quick 20 to 30-minute workout! Foco Da Vinci Body Studio
This local gym specializes in interval-based workouts. Using a combination of strength training, cardio, and stretching, they will be providing boards with resistance bands to provide you with a full body exercise. With merchandise available for purchase, this vendor is first come first serve!
Defy Gravity With Lime Light Fitness!
If you’re looking to get on top of things — literally — Lime Light Fitness is a can’t-miss stop! Offering one-on-one opportunities, come test out your aerial and pole-based fitness skills. Like many of our vendors, this is also a first come first serve offering.
A comprehensive yet intense CrossFit-based workout, each 20-minute workout session is led by an expert coach from OTAC CrossFit with the help of upbeat music and accompanying friends. From kettlebells to dumbbells to rowing and air assault movements, OTAC CrossFit caters to everyone from beginner to advanced levels of CrossFit.
This local yoga studio will be offering 45-minute yoga classes during the entire event in the forms of Vinyasa, Fusion, and Sculpt-based yoga. Whenever you need a break from an intense HIIT-based workout, just know that Meraki Yoga will be here for you!
Pursuit Nutrition & Training Center
For fun and engaging interval training that utilizes dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes and tire flips, come get a quick 15-minute HIIT workout with our friends at Windsor-based Pursuit Nutrition & Training Center! They’ll be using a sign-up sheet, so you can secure your very own time slot for this workout.
Rotating through a combination of the demanding Les Mills workout routines, Raintree’s local trainers will be guiding participants through GRIT, BodyCOMBAT, and CXWORX. From scientifically-proven HIIT methods to martial-arts inspired workouts to core strength and ab toners, this will certainly be a challenging but completely rewarding series of workouts!

Club Pilates Fort Collins
Putting “fun” in “functional,” Club Pilates Fort Collins is your hookup for a challenging yet creative pilates session. Swing by for equipment demos and more!
This local athletic training facility will provide sample workouts for their athletic performance classes. Ironside Athletics will be specializing in strength and “SAQ” workouts — Speed, Agility, and Quickness.
Offering three different types of “mini” workout classes, you’ll discover everything from spin classes and functional cross training to cardio and full body strength training and low-impact barre exercises encouraging strength, balance, and flexibility. Get your very own time slot when you arrive!
Specializing in calorie-torching six-minute mini workouts, save your breath for these HIIT-based body weight exercises, rowing challenges, and TRX-based workouts! This is a first come, first serve workout vendor.
The Sweet Sweat Life Powered by Sound Off
This unique workout features 20-30 minute sessions ranging from boot camp workouts to yoga, but here’s the kicker: they’re all done through Sound Off headphones. These noise-isolating, LED headsets provide audible, amplified sound to each attendee while eliminating external distractions. Adjusting the volume to your own comfort level, you don’t want to miss this workout!
These 30-minute classes provide a challenging total body workout using a ballet barre and your own body weight. By working every muscle group to complete fatigue, you’ll stretch in between to create a long and lean physique. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, these classes focus on areas that people struggle with the most including the seat, hips, thighs, abs, and arms. Get stronger with PureBarre!
Cerus Fitness provides obstacle training at its finest! Test your skills on the Cerus Fitness obstacle course to exercise your agility and coordination, all while getting a heart-pounding cardio workout. This will give you a taste of what their race courses have to offer.
These 20-minute self-defense exercise sessions include strikes, straight punches, hammer fists, elbows, kicks & knees, and instruction on how to defend yourself from an attack. With Krav Maga, these fitness classes will incorporate self-defense combatives, cardio, and plyometrics.
Fort Collins and Loveland Club Powered by Sports & Fitness Equipment
Here, you can get in 15-20 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions using various treadmill, boxing, biking, and upper body ergometer equipment. Come experience the fusion between exercise, health, and equipment in these first come, first serve sessions!
Real Fitness Equipment
With quick 10-15 minute workouts, Real Fitness Equipment offers exercise sessions that are modified to your personal fitness level. Here, you can get in exhausting HIIT workouts with rest periods in between. Check it out and challenge yourself!
